Melvin and Marsha are two Yellow-Crowned short, quirky herons with a love for bickering. Melvin, with his slightly scruffy feathers and a furrowed brow, stands a bit too stiffly, as though he’s always slightly annoyed by something. Marsha, rounder and fluffier, stands beside him, her head tilted as if she’s perpetually sizing him up, her eyes full of mischief. Despite their constant, unspoken tension, they’re always close, their quirky, mismatched personalities perfectly in sync.
